  1. Install the latest version of Apple Devices from the Microsoft Store.

  4. Hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".

  6. Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 11-inch (M5, WiFi) to reboot.

macOS

  1. Plug your iPad Pro 11-inch (M5, WiFi) in to your Mac.
  2. Navigate to your iPad Pro 11-inch (M5, WiFi) in Finder.
  3. Hold the Option or Alt key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
  4. Select the iPad17,1,iPad17,2,iPad17,3,iPad17,4_26.5_23F77_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
  5. Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 11-inch (M5, WiFi) to reboot.

  1. Install idevicerestore.

  4. To perform a full erase restore, type idevicerestore -e iPad17,1,iPad17,2,iPad17,3,iPad17,4_26.5_23F77_Restore.ipsw and press enter.
  5. Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 11-inch (M5, WiFi) to reboot.

  3. The output of the command should match the following checksum: 72fe8040cfb3d284f32aaa993dcc354f5ab8ade1. If it doesn't, you may need to redownload the file.
