Windows

Install the latest version of Apple Devices from the Microsoft Store.
Plug your iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) in to your PC.
Open Apple Devices, and navigate to your iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi).
Hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
Select the iPad_Pro_HFR_12.4_16G77_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) to reboot.

macOS

Plug your iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) in to your Mac.
Navigate to your iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) in Finder.
Hold the Option or Alt key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
Select the iPad_Pro_HFR_12.4_16G77_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) to reboot.

Linux

Install idevicerestore.
Plug your iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) in to your PC.
Open a terminal, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd ~/Downloads
To perform a full erase restore, type idevicerestore -e iPad_Pro_HFR_12.4_16G77_Restore.ipsw and press enter.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro (10.5-inch, WiFi) to reboot.

Windows

Open PowerShell, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd Downloads
Type Get-FileHash iPad_Pro_HFR_12.4_16G77_Restore.ipsw -Algorithm SHA1

Apple News

Makes downloaded issues accessible in the My Magazines section, both online and offline
Adds all publications in Apple News+, including newspapers, to the catalog at the top of the News+ feed
Adds the ability to clear downloaded magazine issues by selecting History > Clear > Clear All

Other improvements and fixes

Includes a security fix for the Walkie-Talkie app on Apple Watch and re-enables Walkie-Talkie functionality

This release also includes support for HomePod in Japan and Taiwan.
