Install the latest version of Apple Devices from the Microsoft Store.
Plug your iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) in to your PC.
Open Apple Devices, and navigate to your iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular).
Hold the Shift key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
Select the iPad8,11,iPad8,12_14.1_18A8395_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) to reboot.

macOS

Plug your iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) in to your Mac.
Navigate to your iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) in Finder.
Hold the Option or Alt key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
Select the iPad8,11,iPad8,12_14.1_18A8395_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) to reboot.

Linux

Install idevicerestore.
Plug your iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) in to your PC.
Open a terminal, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd ~/Downloads
To perform a full erase restore, type idevicerestore -e iPad8,11,iPad8,12_14.1_18A8395_Restore.ipsw and press enter.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro 4 (12.9-inch, Cellular) to reboot.

Windows

Open PowerShell, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd Downloads
Type Get-FileHash iPad8,11,iPad8,12_14.1_18A8395_Restore.ipsw -Algorithm SHA1

Fixes an issue where some emails in Mail were sent from an incorrect alias

Addresses an issue where some users were occasionally unable to download or add songs to their library while viewing an album or playlist

Resolves an issue where streaming video resolution could temporarily be reduced at the start of playback

Addresses an issue in the Files app that could cause some MDM-managed cloud service providers to incorrectly display content as unavailable
