Hold the Option or Alt key on your keyboard, and press "Restore".
Select the iPad14,3,iPad14,4,iPad14,5,iPad14,6_26.6.1_23G83_Restore.ipsw file that you downloaded.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro (12.9-inch, WiFi) (6th generation) to reboot.

Install idevicerestore.
Plug your iPad Pro (12.9-inch, WiFi) (6th generation) in to your PC.
Open a terminal, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd ~/Downloads
To perform a full erase restore, type idevicerestore -e iPad14,3,iPad14,4,iPad14,5,iPad14,6_26.6.1_23G83_Restore.ipsw and press enter.
Wait for the restore to complete, and the iPad Pro (12.9-inch, WiFi) (6th generation) to reboot.

Open PowerShell, and navigate to the IPSW file that you downloaded, e.g. cd Downloads
